Does it work with gel polishes from other brands?+
Yes. The Clutch Lamp is a dual UV and LED cure lamp covering both the 365nm and 405nm wavelengths, which is the full range used by nearly every gel polish on the market. It is not locked to Slinque.
How long does a full charge last?+
Roughly 90 one-minute cures per full charge. For most customers that works out to about three months of weekly manicures between charges.
Is it safe to use at home?+
Yes. The Clutch Lamp uses the same low-wattage UV and LED spectrum as a professional salon lamp, with the same recommended exposure limits. Dermatologists suggest applying SPF to your hands if you do multiple manicures in a single session.
